افتتح الوزير برونو دانتاس الاجتماع السنوي للجنة التوجيهية لمجلس السلم والأمن

بصفته رئيس لجنة المعايير المهنية (PSC) ، تفتتح المحكمة الفيدرالية للمراجعين (TCU) اجتماعًا

افتتح نائب رئيس محكمة التدقيق الفيدرالية (TCU) ، الوزير برونو دانتاس ، هذا الثلاثاء (10/19) ، الاجتماع السنوي الثامن عشر للجنة التوجيهية للجنة المعايير المهنية (PSC) التابعة للمنظمة الدولية للمؤسسات العليا. المراجعة (Intosai).

برئاسة TCU منذ عام 2016 ، PSC مسؤولة عن أحد منتجات Intosai الرئيسية: إطار معايير التدقيق المهني. تقوم اللجنة التوجيهية PSC بتنسيق عمل PSC وتجتمع سنويًا لاتخاذ القرارات المتعلقة بتطوير المعايير داخل المنظمة.

في البداية ، شكر الوزير برونو دانتاس المشاركين على حضورهم والتزامهم باللجنة ، خاصة في مثل هذا الوقت الصعب مثل الوقت الحالي.

كان الموضوع الرئيسي للاجتماع هو النقاش حول الاستنتاجات الأولية لمراجعة “المكون 1 من إطار الرأي المهني Intosai”. ولهذه الغاية ، تم تقديم نتائج الاستطلاع الذي تم إجراؤه العام الماضي ، بناءً على عملية الاستماع إلى الخبراء والتي تم الحصول على أكثر من 120 إجابة بشأنها من المؤسسات العليا للرقابة المالية والمحاسبة (SFIs) حول العالم.

كما سلط الوزير الضوء على بعض الإجراءات التي ، حسب قوله ، “ساعدت PSC في الحصول على تعليقات أفضل من الأجهزة العليا للرقابة المالية والمحاسبة وتحسين الاتصال بين أعضائنا”.

ومن بين المبادرات ، إنشاء شبكة من ممثلي التعاون ، بمشاركة 70 مدققًا ؛ التوافق مع رؤساء الأهداف الآخرين ومنتدى التصريحات المهنية Intosai (FIPP) بهدف الاستمرار في تعزيز عملية وضع المعايير في Intosai ؛ وعقد اجتماعات منتظمة مع اللجان الفرعية التي تمت دعوتها لتقديم تحليلها حول تعريف معايير التدقيق.

نيابة عن TCU ، حضر أيضًا رئيس قسم العلاقات المؤسسية ، أناهي مارانهاو بيريرا ، ومدير Serint Paula Hebling ، ومسؤولون آخرون معنيون بالموضوع.

إنكوساي – في النهاية ، شدد الوزير برونو دانتاس على دعوة الأجهزة العليا للرقابة المالية والمحاسبة للمشاركة ، العام المقبل ، في المؤتمر الدولي الرابع والعشرين لمؤسسات التدقيق العليا (Incosai) ، الذي يتم تنظيمه وترأسه وحدة تنسيق المعاملات (TCU).

يُعقد المؤتمر كل ثلاث سنوات ، وهو الهيئة العليا لـ Intosai ويجمع جميع الأعضاء والمنتسبين والمنتسبين للمنظمة. وستعقد الدورة الرابعة والعشرون للاجتماع في مدينة ريو دي جانيرو في الفترة من 7 إلى 11 نوفمبر. هناك موضوعان يوجهان المناقشات: “عمل المؤسسات العليا للرقابة في سياق الكوارث العامة” و “الصوت العالمي والنتيجة العالمية والتأثير بعيد المدى”.

بعد المؤتمر ، سوف تتولى TCU منصب رئيس Intosai الفخري لمدة ثلاث سنوات.

Presidente do Tribunal de Contas da União – Brasil (TCU)

É com grande satisfação e honra que o Tribunal de Contas da União sedia, no Rio de Janeiro, o XXIV Congresso Internacional das Entidades Fiscalizadoras Superiores, a ser realizado em novembro de 2022.

O encontro acontece em um momento crucial. O mundo foi severamente atingido pela pandemia da Covid-19. Neste cenário, embora ainda não haja prazo para a crise ser totalmente superada, a importância da cooperação internacional se destaca cada vez mais.

Essa é uma crise que não tem fronteiras e, consequentemente, as soluções para resolvê-la também não podem ser realizadas de forma isolada. Juntos, podemos trabalhar e contribuir concretamente para atender com mais assertividade e qualidade às demandas de nossas sociedades.

O Incosai reúne, a cada três anos, representantes das Entidades Fiscalizadoras Superiores (EFS) de todo o planeta, para uma semana de debates e intercâmbio de melhores práticas. O objetivo das discussões é o aprimoramento do controle externo e da auditoria pública em um mundo em constante transformação.

Os desafios são muitos, mas acredito firmemente no sucesso do Congresso, sob a liderança do TCU, para ouvir a voz de todos e compartilhar os resultados com vistas ao benefício mútuo.
A realização do evento e a liderança da Intosai implicam benefícios que vão além da integração e da troca de experiências. Esse é um encontro que proporciona o desenvolvimento de ferramentas e de iniciativas que, no longo prazo, beneficiam a organização e a comunidade como um todo.

Frente a esse cenário desafiador, mas promissor, faço um convite a todas as EFS: envolvam-se, participem e tragam suas visões, dúvidas e dificuldades para o debate do XXIV Incosai.
Esta é uma oportunidade ímpar de ampliar a voz global da Intosai!

Estou segura de que a cooperação, o esforço conjunto e o empenho da nossa comunidade internacional de auditoria pública resultarão em um Congresso bem-sucedido, que gerará resultados concretos para os cidadãos de todo o mundo!

President of the Federal Court of Accounts – Brazil (TCU)

It is with great pleasure and honor that the Federal Court of Accounts – Brazil (TCU) hosts the XXIV International Congress of Supreme Audit Institutions, to be held in November 2022, in Rio de Janeiro.

The event takes place at a crucial time. The world has been severely impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic. Even though we still cannot predict when this crisis will be overcome, this scenario highlights even more the importance of international cooperation.

This crisis has no borders and, consequently, the solutions to solve it cannot be carried out individually. By standing together we can work and contribute concretely to meet the demands of our society with more assertiveness and quality.

Every three years, INCOSAI gathers representatives of Supreme Audit Institutions from around the world for a week of debates and exchange of best practices. These discussions aim to improve external control and public auditing in a world in constant transformation.

The challenges are many, but I firmly believe that under the TCU’s leadership the Congress will succeed in listening to the voice of all and sharing the results, with a mutual benefit in mind.

The upcoming event and INTOSAI’s leadership imply benefits that go beyond integration and the exchange of experiences. This is a meeting that provides the development of tools and initiatives that, in the long run, benefit the organization and the community as a whole.

Given this challenging but promising scenario, I extend an invitation to all SAIs: get involved, participate and bring your visions, doubts and difficulties for debate at the XXIV INCOSAI.

This is a unique opportunity to amplify INCOSAI’s global voice!

I am confident that the cooperation, joint effort and commitment of our international public audit community will result in a successful Congress that will bring forth concrete results for citizens around the world!
