The plan was presented by the Governor of the State of Rio de Janeiro, Claudio Castro, to the acting president of the TCU, Minister Bruno Dantas, to Minister Jorge Oliveira and to the Minister of Justice and Public Security, Anderson Gustavo Torres, last Monday ( 10).
